Thank you for shopping with Kylerzet. We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 4 (four) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at kylerzet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  4. Include the proof of purchase inside the package.

  5. Ship the package to the following address:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Defective.

  • Incorrectly shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at kylerzet@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video of the package.

Failure to provide the unboxing video may affect the approval of your claim.


Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth return or refund process:

  • Please record a continuous, unedited video while opening your package.

  • The video should clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The entire unboxing process.

    • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

This video serves as proof in case of transit damage, missing items, or incorrect product delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (unless received damaged).

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Products returned after the return period has expired.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
